The Management Office carries out administrative practices of customers with public offices (CCIAA, Business Register, Revenue Agency, INPS etc.) and takes care of the electronic mailings.
Organize client notary sessions.
It collaborates with professionals and with the accounting department for the preparation of financial statements, tax declarations, customer compliance activities (privacy, meetings of boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies, fulfillment of holding companies).
It manages the preparation of the minutes of the meetings of the corporate bodies, their annotation and the updating of the social books.
Presents internal compliance activities (anti-money laundering, privacy, workplace safety, optical replacement, electronic invoicing)
It manages fiduciary services (heading of movable and real estate assets on behalf of clients) in order to guarantee protection and confidentiality.
It is made up of personnel with twenty years of experience having responsibilities and in relation with the customers, supported by staff to support internal work processes.
